Ingredients of Keema Naan

  1. It's of Naan.
  2. It's 4 cups of self raising flour.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt or normal yogurt.
  4. You need 2 tsp of olive oil.
  5. You need of Water as required but 1/2 cup is good enough.
  6. You need of Chicken mince (Keema).
  7. It's 500 g of chicken mince.
  8. You need 1 tsp of garlic.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  11. You need 1 tsp of paprika.
  12. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  13. It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
  14. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  15. It's 1 tsp of salt.

Keema Naan instructions

  1. Naan:- mix self raising flour and yogurt. Knead it into a dough. Pour water as required. Once it’s done put 1tsp of oil over it and leave it on the side.
  2. In a pan heat put oil and toss in the mince. Let it dry up (all water needs to be evaporated) then add ginger n garlic. Then add all the spices. Once it’s cooked, let it cool down.
  3. Take the dough out and knead it and divide it into round shapes.
  4. Roll the dough with rolling pin. Use dry flour so that it doesn’t stick to the surface. Once it’s rolled into a round shape, put some cooked mince and close it up. Make it into a roti then put it on the skillet. Make sure oil is hot..
  5. Once all are done, baste it with butter and some garlic.
  6. Serve warm!.
