Ingredients of Qeema buns
- You need 1 cup of flour.
- You need 2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need Half of teaspoon instant yeast.
- Prepare of Lukewarm milk half cup or as required.
- It's pinch of Salt.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
- You need 1 of egg beaten.
- You need of Qeema chicken half cup.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Behari kabab masala.
- Prepare of Oil as required.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Oregano.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

Qeema buns step by step
- First in a bowl add flour instant yeast salt sugar 1-beaten egg and add Lukewarm milk make a dough and keep aside for at least 4 5 hours.until it rise..
- In other pan. add oil add chicken Qeema add Behari kabab masala ginger garlic paste bhoonofy then add water until qeema ready..
- Now dough ko.achay se bail lein put qeema on it then fold it then cut into pieces and put into preheated oven for 25 minutes on 175degree Celsius..
- When buns are done put butter and sprinkle oregano and eat garma garam🙂.
